Request For Facebook New Messages Invitation

Facebook have announced about the new messaging service. There were rumors about it that it can be a Gmail, Yahoo mail killer. But as Mark Zuckerberg said it is not a Gmail, Yahoo mail killer. It brings all your massages, chat, mails all at one place.

But there is a sad news is that you won’t get access till you don’t get invited by your friends (if they have got access to it) or from Facebook itself. so if you want to get invited by Facebook soon so follow the following steps.

1.       Go to Facebook New Messages page(facebook.com/about/messages/)

2.       Then click on Request an Invitation button at the bottom-right corner of the page

3.       Now wait till Facebook sends you an invitation

4.       Or if any of your friends is using the New Facebook Messages then you can ask them to send you one.

When you get access to The New Messages let us know what you think about it.

Facebook Making Users To Make Less Spam Request

Facebook added a new security update to stop misuse (spamming) of sending friend request. As many of you play social game on Facebook (like: FarmVille, Mafia Wars and etc), so they (social games) give advantage to their players who have friends playing the same game with you. So it’s not necessary everyone have hundreds of friends playing the same gave (or even playing any game) so people send friend request to unknown people (stranger) who play the certain social games (see in the image).

And few people send friend request to advertise or market there blog, website and other stuffs. So Facebook made this update, so people can’t disturb unknown people (especially opposite sex). While you send any friend request to people you might don’t know the popup will show something like this (see in image below).

Even if you try to add people suggested by Facebook, it may happen that you won’t be able to add them also. If you want to add people you must have few mutual friends, you have connected with that person before through messages or you need to send them a message to add you.

Facebook Updated Similar Notifications

Facebook have rolled out a change in there Notifications as you post something, comment on your friend’s post or like any post you start getting bunch of notifications in your Notifications. So they made a change by which you will see the similar notification grouped and clearer.

They made this update because one day Mark Zuckerberg commented on one of his friend’s post and the next day Mark need to say sorry for that comment he made because after Mark’s comment he (on whose post mark commented) got hundreds of massages so he wall post where he wrote:

Last night Mark Zuckerberg commented on my status. This morning, hundreds of messages from angry Italians asking that we don't get rid of the "Like" button. How do other facebookers use this site?
